Richard Booth, CRB Broker/Owner
Richard has been in the real estate or insurance business for over 40 years. Originally from New Jersey, he spent most of his life in Brockport. After selling his business in 1980 he moved to North Carolina where he managed a very successful real estate company. Since returning to the north in 1992 and settling in Canandaigua's Bristol Harbour, he has been involved full time in the real estate business.
Richard attended Syracuse University and the University of Rochester where he received his degree. He has attained many professional designations in insurance and real estate. He is the proud father of four children and also has six grandchildren in Brockport and Charlottesville, Virginia.
He has been active in Bristol Harbour associations serving as Chairman of the Environmental Committee for 2 years and Commodore of the Bristol Cliffs Yacht Club for 2 years. He is currently Vice-President of both the Andrews Way Homeowners Association and the Bristol Harbour Village Association.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Sweden Clarkson Recreation Foundation, the marketing committee of the Lakeside Health Services Foundation, the advisory board of the Bristol Valley Theatre and is a member of the Canandaigua Rotary Club.
He is an avid sports enthusiast (and scuba diver), traveler, former instrument rated pilot, and reader. He purchased this office from Bristol Hills Realty in April of 2005 and is looking forward to growth with his well qualified and experienced agents.
