After several years of living out of state, this area native has returned to Canandaigua. Lou Alice Avellino (formerly Lou Alice Irving) attended SUNY Geneseo, Rochester Business Institute and has lived in Fort Lauderdale, Key Largo and New Hampshire before relocating to this area. Her diverse experience lends itself well to working with people and understanding their needs.
Lou has a strong marketing and real estate background. During five years in Plymouth, New Hampshire, she was active in real estate sales and marketing with Coldwell Banker.
When not at her desk Lou enjoys boating, diving, newsletter publication and walking around Canandaigua. She is also active in Canandaigua community events.
